Team Xtreme – our weekend Freeride program – is designed exclusively for young skiers who call Japan home. Running every Saturday and Sunday from mid-December through early March, this program focuses on freeride fundamentals, mountain safety, and building the confidence needed to take on big mountain terrain.

Led by the same team of expert coaches each weekend, this program helps young skiers grow not only in their sport, but as part of a supportive and motivated mountain community.

Spaces are limited – join the Team Xtreme crew and make every weekend on the mountain one to remember!

Program Highlights:

• Consistent weekend coaching by highly experienced freeride professionals
• Focused on safety, progression, and confidence in varied terrain
• Designed for local and resident families looking for a recurring winter program
• Small group sizes for personalized coaching
• Develop friendships, independence, and mountain awareness

Who is it for:

• Ages 6 – 15. Participants must be skiing independently at an advanced level. Participants should be comfortable on black runs, and parallel most of the time.

Who are the coaches:

• As a part of our Signature Team, each coach has many years of industry experience and holds a minimum Level 3 certification.

Instructor/Participant Ratio:

• 1:6 maximum.

*Lunch is not included. Please send money for your child to purchase lunch at the resort with their coach.
