We are really excited to have another great winter season with you in Hakuba and with your cooperation we can still safely enjoy our time on the resorts.

This year more than ever, taking private ski and snowboard lessons is the safer choice as we can keep distanced from others and keep within our exclusive group. In addition, when taking a lesson with us we will have special lift line priority at Hakuba 47 Resort which allows us to enter at the front of the line, avoiding the crowded lift lines. Our instructors and guides are local residents, many of whom have families in Japan and thus they have a vested interest in maintaining these practices. With the current Covid-19 pandemic our operations will have a few adjustments towards keeping us all safe.

For your Lesson/Tour:

• Our staff will sanitise our vehicles before each group.
• Our staff will have hand sanitiser and extra masks available if needed.
• For kids lessons, we will wash hands/sanitise hands before & after meals, washroom breaks and after using public facilities.
• Please wear masks while in vehicles and gondolas/chairlifts and indoors if required. Neck warmers/gaiters, buffs & balaclavas are acceptable.
• Please adhere to physical distancing (2m) whenever possible.
• Please refrain from sharing personal gear/clothing or food or drinks.
• Please sanitize/wash your hands after using public facilities.
• Please monitor your condition and if you feel unwell or are displaying symptoms of the virus, please stay home.
