About Us

Hakuba Ski Concierge – the valley’s first boutique ski school.

We are a fully registered and resort approved operation based out of Hakuba47 Winter Sports Park. Owing to years spent living and working in Hakuba, owner and creator, Nadine Robb, recognized the increasing demand for fully customized private lessons and guiding, and in response to this emerging market Hakuba Ski Concierge was founded in 2016.

The future vision for this small yet exclusive business is a simple one; to provide and maintain the highest level of guest experience, delivered by contented staff that are passionate about their work. Consequently, Hakuba Ski Concierge is unlikely to expand on a large scale and will preserve it`s personal touch. However, it can mean that our staff book up quickly, so we strongly suggest you book ahead.

“Nadine has the amazing ability of making you feel confident & relaxed while encouraging you to do more than you think you can. She has a vibrant & friendly personality, making you feel at ease and comfortable immediately, and uses great metaphors & analogies that I still remember when skiing alone. She is always happy to share local knowledge that adds to your skiing and holiday experience. Not only that, she is fun and we always have a laugh.”Sally C, Singapore
